This HOSPITAL BED is designed for use in Hospital, Care Home or private house. If the latter, please ensure you have sufficient room for entry and manoeuvre.
It has been tested in all functions by our engineer and is mechanically sound. Additionally, it has been thoroughly cleaned but does have a few scratches and marks, although the paintwork has been cosmetically enhanced (touched up!)
Its functions include:
* 3 Way 4 section profiling
* Adjustable Height from 32″ high to 16” in lowest position
* Independent back rest and knee break movements
* Easy hand control movements for patient and Carer
* Single pedal brakes all 4 wheels
* Reliable Linak motors in all functions
A standard type mattress will not fit the bed due to its size, and a NEW waterproof profiling hospital mattress is available at £159. Occasionally we have pre-owned but cleaned and sanitised at £95, subject to availability. New air mattress overlay also available.
DELIVERY
This bed is very heavy and due to weight and mistrust of carriers previously, the bed can be collected, or a delivery option of 69p per mile return to Kent (ME8 8PR) to kerbside only. However, this will be subsidised subject to distance, and whether a mattress is purchased in addition.
There is a minimum charge of £30.
If you are quite a distance from our Kent location, then a halfway meet is acceptable, same mileage rules apply.
