We are selling our adjustable couch as we are moving premises and no longer need anything this substantial. It is a serious piece of medical kit, manufactured by Plinth Medical – full spec sheets and website product details are listed below. It has been in use for about 2 years, and it has been amazing and works perfectly. We have only used it for massage and stretch.

- Manual backrest adjustment from horizontal to 85° to support the patient in a sitting position
- Electric height operation
- Retractable wheel system for moving and positioning of the couch
- Low patient transfer height of 42cm (approx 17”)
- Breathing hole and plug for prone treatment
- Being 102cm wide and lowering to just 42cm it is perfect for use in hospital gyms & physiotherapy departments.
- Now safely lifts 320kg from its lowest point

This traditional Bobath Neurology Couch has been designed for neurological assessment and treatment for both adults and children. The couch is extremely strong and rigid, with a large treatment surface to support both the patient and therapist for a wide range of treatment procedures. This couch has a safe working load and lifting capacity of 320kg (704lb / 50 stone) to cater for heavy loads.
This is a serious piece of kit and weighs in excess of 80kg’s (requires at least 2 people to lift it).
